Terms of Service

TexPeople — workplace HR platform of Eastern Ghats International Pte. Ltd. (Texcoms Worldwide)
These terms cover one service: the TexPeople web portal and the Tex360 mobile app. They are the same TexPeople product.

1. The service

TexPeople is the company HR platform for employees, consultants, and freelancers of Texcoms and its group companies. The website (including hrms.texcoms.com) and Tex360 on a phone are the same service: same account, same records, same rules. Using either means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Who may use TexPeople

You may use TexPeople only if your employer has given you an account (employee ID / SSO). It is not a consumer app and is not offered to the public. You must be an adult using it for work.

3. Your account

Keep your password, SSO login, and device unlock to yourself.
Do not share your account or let someone else clock in or approve as you.
Tell HR or IT promptly if you think your account was misused.
Your employer may suspend access when your employment or contract ends, or if these terms are broken.

4. Location and device permissions

Tex360 may ask for LOCATION (clock-in and GPS travel), camera, notifications, and optional fingerprint / Face ID. You can refuse a permission; features that need it will not work. Location is for attendance and official travel only — see the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

Submit false attendance, travel, leave, or expense information.
Try to access another person’s records or bypass security.
Upload unlawful, harmful, or confidential material you are not allowed to share.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service except as the law allows.

6. Company records and content

Work records you enter (attendance, claims, timesheets, profile details used for HR) belong to your employer’s employment files. Texcoms trademarks, the TexPeople / Tex360 software, and related materials stay with Eastern Ghats International Pte. Ltd. and its licensors.

7. Availability

We aim to keep TexPeople available for daily work, including planned maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Use the web portal if the mobile app cannot reach the service.

8. Privacy

How we process personal data — including LOCATION on Tex360 — is described in the Privacy Policy. That notice covers all TexPeople operating countries (India, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Singapore, Egypt, Brazil, and any other country where your employer uses TexPeople).

9. Liability

TexPeople is a workplace tool provided for Texcoms group employment. To the extent local law allows, Eastern Ghats International Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including labour law in your work country).

10. Changes

We may update these terms when the product or the law changes. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, unless your local law requires a different process.
